  •     Number, rank, name, and Date of Birth.

  •     Contact information including email address.

  •     Playing position, clubs played for and what level.

  •     Bank Card Details for processing of Army vs Navy tickets.

5. The lawful basis for our use and other processing of your personal information under DP Law.


6. This will include (as relevant):


  • Processing your personal information so that we may perform our obligations under a contract with you (“Your Contract” – Purchase of Army vs Navy tickets, etc);

  • Processing for legitimate interests provided these are not overridden by your interests and fundamental rights and freedoms. For example, this is relevant when we use and process your personal data to deal with our internal governance obligations (Army vs Navy tickets etc); and in addition, / together with the processing condition described above (“Legitimate Interests”),

8. We require this information to ensure Army vs Navy ticket orders are correctly processed and for the following reasons:


  • Record keeping.

  • With your consent, we may periodically send emails about competitions and events which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

  • With your consent use this information to contact you to assist in the processing of ticket orders.

20. Your personal data will be deleted one months after the date of the annual Army vs Navy rugby match.


21. The criteria we use to determine data retention periods includes the following:

  • Retention in case of queries. We may retain it for a reasonable period (up to 6 months) after you have enquired about one of our products or services in case of follow up queries from you;

  • Retention in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. We will consider whether we need to retain your personal data after the period described in above because of a legal or regulatory requirement. Some or all of these criteria may be relevant to retention of your personal data collected in connection with our products and services.

  • Corps and Unit Teams – Certain information collected will be used and retained to assist the Team managers with future delivery of the sport. At no stage will your DOB, email, addresses and telephone numbers be kept beyond the prescribed 12 months with the exception of Team managers whose details will be held for the period they hold that appointment and then destroyed on change of secretary/Team manager.

  • Army v Navy ticket customers – personal details held until one month after date of match.
